What we do

Three services, one standard: built for your business, reviewed before launch, maintained by whoever wrote it.

01

Your site loses people before they call

Digital Presence

Custom sites, not templates. Fast, multilingual and secure from the first line.

  • Custom-built sites, not off-the-shelf templates
  • Performance validated with real metrics before delivery
  • Multilingual structure and technical SEO
  • API keys never exposed, rate limiting, security headers configured
02

The same data, retyped into three systems

Process Automation

The tools you already use, connected. What someone does by hand today starts running on its own.

  • Systems that don't talk to each other today, connected
  • Repetitive manual steps replaced by automatic flows
  • Reports and alerts that arrive without anyone assembling them
  • Fewer transcription errors, because nobody is transcribing
03

Questions pile up while you're closed

Digital Support

Support trained on your business, answering at any hour and handing anything sensitive to a person.

  • Trained on your real information, never a generic script
  • Answers at 2am, escalates to a human when it should
  • Works on your site, WhatsApp, or wherever your customers already are
  • You see every conversation and can step in at any point

Where we go deepest

Businesses that run on a calendar

Restaurant, clinic, event venue, inn or studio. The three services above, applied to whoever works with a full calendar.

How we work

01

Consulting

We understand your business before writing a single line of code.

02

Technical review

Every deliverable is reviewed before launch, and whoever built it answers for it.

03

Ongoing support

We stay involved after launch, not just at delivery.

Who we work with

Established operations

Businesses with real customers and real processes, not an idea being tested in its first week.

Owners who want a direct line

You talk to the people writing the code, not an account manager relaying messages.

Anyone tired of paying twice

Rebuilding something cheap that broke costs more than building it properly the first time.

Straight answers

The questions we get before every project.

How much does a project cost?

It depends on scope: number of pages, integrations, and languages. We scope each project individually and give you a fixed quote before any work starts, so there are no hourly surprises.

How long does it take?

A typical institutional site takes a few weeks from first conversation to launch. You get the timeline in writing with the quote, before you commit to anything.

Can you automate a process in software we already use?

Usually yes. Most business tools expose an API or an export we can work with. We start by mapping the steps someone actually does by hand today, then automate the ones that are safe to automate and leave the judgment calls to a person.

Do you work with restaurant POS, payment, and reservation systems?

We do not publish a list of logos, because every system opens up differently. The question is always the same: what does it let you export or call? The page below splits that into three tiers, including the rule that never bends: card details stay with your payment processor and never pass through your site.

How is your digital support different from installing a chatbot plugin?

A plugin answers from a generic script and gets things wrong about your business. We train the assistant on your real information, set explicit limits on what it should not answer, and route anything sensitive to a person. You see every conversation.

I already have a site. Can you improve it instead of rebuilding?

Sometimes. We start by measuring what you already have. If the foundation is solid, improving it is the cheaper path. If the site is fighting you on every change, rebuilding usually costs less than patching indefinitely.

Do you handle hosting, domain, and SSL?

Yes. We set up hosting, domain, HTTPS, and deployment as part of the project. What it costs per month to keep the site running is written into the quote, before you decide, so no bill shows up that you haven't already seen.

Will I be able to update the content myself?

We settle this before we start. Depending on how often your content changes, we either hand over a simple editing setup or handle updates for you, whichever costs you less time overall.

Do you work with clients remotely?

Yes. Most of the work happens remotely, and we work in English, Portuguese, and Spanish.
